Period X(TM) Extension

Why is my Period X™ policy being extended? 

Due to a large number of renewals around this time of year, we are spreading out dates by issuing policy extensions so our team can provide the best possible customer service. 

When will I receive updated proof of insurance?  

Your extension confirmation email will show the date that your updated proof of insurance will be available.  You can download your insurance documents 24/7 by logging into your account on our portal.  

How long will my policy be extended? 

Your extension confirmation email will show the date that your policy will be extended to.  

Do I need to resign anything

Nothing will need to be signed at this time.  After the extension we will send out renewal documents which will require signatures.  

Do I need to do anything to notify the DMV? 

Proof of insurance will be submitted by us to the DMV.  If you visit the DMV to renew your registration during the extension period, be sure you have the correct proof of insurance documents to avoid any issues.  

Will my payments change?  

Payments for the extension will remain the same

What if I don’t want to extend / let my policy expire?

Payments for the extension will remain the same.  As always, you can update your ACH information by logging into your account on our portal.
